Stephanie comes to CATCH with 16 years of experience working to end homelessness in the Treasure Valley. She is a licensed Master’s level Social Worker. She is passionate about bridging divides, helping people see the human in one another, and making the Treasure Valley a place where everyone belongs. Taisha serves as CATCH's Deputy Director. In this capacity, she works closely with the Executive Director to over see day-to-day operations, manage program funding, and realize strategic initiatives. Taisha earned a Master's Degree in Social work from the University of Maryland after completing her Bachelor's in Political Science at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Originally from Boise, she traveled for her degrees as a part of her commitment to serving diverse populations. With over 8 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Taisha is passionate about using data to tell our clients' stories. Her primary focus lies in cultivating a positive workplace culture and creating a supportive environment where everyone can flourish. Beyond her time at the office, you'll often find Taisha jogging along the Greenbelt, playing video games, and enjoying quality time with her family and energetic German Shepherd mix, Apollo.

Helping community benefit organizations share and fuel their missions is Garrett's professional North Star. He has led fundraising campaigns and cultivated relationships that have secured over $1.5 million for nonprofits. Garrett is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), nonprofit founder, and has worked with hundreds of nonprofits in various capacities including his service with the Idaho Nonprofit Center as Training and Programs Manager. Garrett earned his master's degree from the London School of Economics and bachelor's degree from Washington State University. He is a reader, foodie, and traveler who is working through the classics and his ever-growing bucket list.

Aaron supports every department to ensure CATCH runs as smoothly, efficiently, and effectively as possible. He was born and raised in Boise, Idaho, and has always been passionate about helping people. Aaron attended Borah High School and College of Western Idaho to pursue a career in Nursing for two years before taking a break during the pandemic. He plans to return to school in the fall of 2024 to change his major to Social Work and finish his degree. He has spent the last five years working in technology and decided to change his career path due to an overwhelming feeling of unfulfillment and an unwavering desire to assist those experiencing homelessness. Aaron believes that every person and family deserves a safe place to call home and hopes working for CATCH will teach him valuable skills and allow him to learn the ropes of the nonprofit sector. He dreams of starting a nonprofit to continue the good fight and serve those in vulnerable communities. Aaron is a musician and enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking, longboarding, PC gaming, and binge-watching television shows and movies with his significant other Taylor, and their dog Gus.

Jess was born and raised in Minnesota and graduated high school through Saint Cloud Christian School. Through various schools, duty stations and combat support assignments, her military service in the United States Air Force honed her skills in managing operations, building teams, and managing supply chains and personnel. With 12 years experience in Operations and Project Management, Jessica holds degrees in Hospitality Management, Software Development, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Cyber Operations from Boise State University. Jess is passionate about service in collaboration for the betterment of the Treasure Valley through compassionate service to the individual. Jess enjoys, reading, tinkering in virtual machines, training, and camping.

Brian acts as CATCH's Maintenance Technician, ensuring our buildings and vehicles are in good repair. In 2015, Brian's family was invited to move to Boise as a part of a work transfer, and immediately fell in love with the city and its people. Brian has worked on several home construction and renovation projects around the Historic North End. Brian's passion for home ownership/investment pushed him to obtain his real estate license in 2019. When not working, Brian could be skiing or camping with his family, jamming with his friends on drums or guitar, or futzing around with his house or helping a neighbor with home improvement projects.

Rosie has experience with many nonprofits and has helped families and individuals at all stages of their lives. Amanda acts as Catch's Access Point Program Director, bringing her expertise with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and 17 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. With a dedicated focus on ending homelessness and serving diverse populations, Amanda is deeply committed to making meaningful contributions to communities facing social, economic, and behavioral health barriers. Starting her career in street outreach and having the privilege of working closely with transitional aged youth, families, and individuals exiting incarceration she has witnessed the benefits of supportive resources, trauma-informed care, and Housing First. Amanda has considerable experience with program development and leadership valuing the importance of change, growth, and learning. She believes in leveraging team expertise to craft innovative solutions to address social challenges and empower individuals to thrive. Outside of work, Amanda finds joy in camping, attending concerts, and embarking on long bike rides on the Greenbelt. Her adventurous spirit fuels her enthusiasm for exploring new places and experiences.

Connor serves as the Outreach Team Lead at CATCH. Connor earned his Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Kennesaw State University in Atlanta, Georgia. His experience ranges from youth and leadership development to Case Management and Employment Coordination of diverse populations throughout the Treasure Valley. Connor sees working with those experiencing homelessness as a tangible investment in his community. He believes communities are more prosperous when intentional efforts advocate for those members of our communities who are at their most vulnerable.

Maddy serves as an Outreach Program Specialist at CATCH. This means she meets people in the community who are experiencing sheltered and unsheltered homelessness to provide and connect individuals to an array of different resources. She deeply values the relationships built with the people she engages with and the privilege of hearing each person's story that is shared with her. Before CATCH, she volunteered at the Corpus Christi day shelter where she had the opportunity to connect and cultivate relationships with people who she now gets to work more in-depth with. Maddy received her Bachelor's in Cultural Anthropology at the University of Minnesota. She previously worked with youth both as a YMCA camp counselor and in high schools to develop their personal stories. She enjoys chilling with her two cats and laughing at them as they go wild when she gives them catnip (she has many videos if you ever want to see any).

Kymberlie (Kym) works as an Outreach Worker for CATCH. Her role is to connect with folks who are experiencing homelessness to assess each individual's unique situation and then provide them with befitting and available resources within the community. Kym has over 13 years of recovery behind her and is passionate about investing in the lives of others and living a purposeful and impactful life. As a recovering drug addict, she has lived experience with all that comes with addiction, homelessness, and loss. She relishes the idea of giving back and being a source of hope, encouragement, and help to anyone experiencing homelessness and the overwhelming feelings that accompany such tragedy. Kym earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in corrections and counseling. She also is certified in Intensive Behavioral Intervention and Peer Support.

Adilene serves as the Housing Resource Specialist for Region 3 at Access Point. Her career path has always centered around caring for others. Making a positive impact has been a driving force throughout her working years. She was drawn to CATCH’s mission to end homelessness in the Treasure Valley and is incredibly passionate about the statement: Everyone needs a home. Adilene is from Southern California, has lived in North Dakota, and moved to Idaho during the summer of 2023. As someone with an adventurous spirit, one of her goals is to visit all 50 states. Outside of work, Adilene loves to cook, travel, swim, thrift, and enjoy games like billiards and darts. Her life is a blend of compassion, service, and adventure.

Keyra Heath is a Housing Support Specialist at CATCH, bringing over four years of experience in education and the arts. She is deeply passionate about finding innovative and creative solutions that not only meet immediate housing needs but also support long-term stability and well-being for those in the community. Her approach combines empathy, strategic thinking, and a commitment to social impact. Outside of work, Keyra is an avid painter, enjoys participating in a book club, and loves unwinding with a cozy episode of The Great British Baking Show. These activities help her stay grounded and inspired, fueling her creativity and love for connecting with others.

Jeremy has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and minored in addiction studies. He completed a dual-emphasis master’s degree in counseling; focusing on school counseling and addictions counseling. He has over fifteen years of experience working with individuals who have addictions, mental health issues, and behavioral issues. He had the privilege of working in multiple levels of care, ranging from detoxification services and residential treatment to outpatient care. He has considerable experience building professional relationships, training staff, educating new professionals, and managing stress related to working with individuals and families with addictions/mental health issues. He has over five years of experience as an adjunct professor at Boise State University to assist in the development of addiction professionals, specifically teaching clinical assessment and case management skills to students with the goal of working with individuals with substance use disorders. His extensive training in clinical supervision has led to the development of two outpatient programs. He also has comprehensive training in motivational interviewing, in which he developed skills for working with resistance and building off of individual strengths.

Betsy serves as Region 3 Taking Root Program Director. Betsy earned her Bachelor's degree from Northwest Nazarene University in 2013 and worked for the next seven years with several organizations that help people experiencing homelessness, including the Salvation Army, Hayes House, and the City of Boise. From 2019 to 2021 she also worked with survivors of domestic violence at the Nampa Family Justice Center. In 2020, Betsy earned her Master of Social Work degree from Boise State University. In June of 2021, Betsy returned to her first passion of working in housing by joining CATCH. Her heart has always been drawn to those on the margin of society, reaching those who others won’t. She is driven by justice and the understanding that everyone has their own story. Betsy enjoys swimming, camping, walking her dogs, and going for drives with her family. Most nights she can be found listening to a story, binge-watching a favorite show, or crafting.

Sarah serves as the clinical director and therapist for the Taking Root Program, providing therapeutic services in both Ada County and Canyon County. She holds a Master’s degree in social work from Northwest Nazarene University, and brings a wealth of experience working with children and families in both therapeutic and educational settings. Sarah is dedicated to using evidence-based best practices and a human - first approach to empower individuals. She firmly believes that each person possesses unique strengths and deserves dignity and respect in all aspects of their lives. Through her compassionate and client-centered approach, Sarah strives to create a supportive environment where individuals and families can thrive. When she is not at work, Sarah likes to spend time with her family and her dog enjoying all Idaho has to offer.

Daniel serves at CATCH as our House Director. He is responsible for building relationships with landlords in Southwest Idaho to support our case managers in securing housing for those experiencing homelessness, as well as engaging developers to secure dedicated units in our community. He comes to CATCH with a background in tech sales for the last four years but has a deep passion for helping those who feel overlooked by society. In 2018, Daniel started a 501(c)(3), Neighbor Idaho, to provide clothing and resources to those experiencing homelessness and to love others with no strings attached. Neighbor Idaho loves collaborating with other local nonprofits, and the opportunity to work for CATCH has been a dream for Daniel. When he’s not working, Daniel loves to spend time with his wife, Lindsey, and their German Shepherd, Boba. He also enjoys playing golf, yelling at the Dallas Cowboys on Sundays, and playing the drums.

Her approach to Social Work is rooted in empowerment. Amanda firmly believes that every person, regardless of their circumstances, possesses inherent strengths and deserves respect, dignity, and opportunities for growth. As a CATCH Case Manager, Amanda helps clients address immediate needs such as housing, food, and healthcare and also empowers individuals to regain their independence and rebuild their lives. Amanda remains deeply motivated to continue advocating, supporting, and championing the rights and well-being of individuals experiencing homelessness. Lauren graduated from Boise State University in the spring of 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. She has always been passionate about working with and advocating for vulnerable populations. After graduating, Lauren worked at a developmental center assisting children with disabilities. After gaining experience working with people with disabilities, Lauren discovered her passion for housing people experiencing homelessness. When she's not on the clock, Lauren enjoys spending time with her dog, hiking, watching movies, and being with the people she loves. Kenzie is the Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager for Region 3 of Idaho. She received her BA in Law from the University of Arizona, where she began her journey in community outreach work. Kenzie is a firm believer in transformative social justice, and that housing is a human right that must be protected. Outside of work, she enjoys going hiking with her dog and spending time with her family.

As a Brief Interventions Therapist on the CATCH Taking Root team in Boise, Abby helps families restore their hope, health, and happiness in housing and life. She is originally from Tacoma, Washington, and earned her Masters in School Counseling from Gonzaga University. Abby was a school counselor in Coeur d'Alene for several years and said the most meaningful aspect of that job was helping students who experienced homelessness. Beginning her work with CATCH in 2012, Abby is one of our longest-serving employees. She has secured stable housing for 100+ families who were experiencing homelessness. Abby loves spending time outdoors, cooking, and with her husband Dave, daughter Ava, and dog Henry.

Andrew serves on the CATCH Board as an extension of his ministry as the pastor of First Presbyterian Church. As a longtime supporter of CATCH, he is passionate about seeing that every person has a place to call home. To see that vision become a reality, Andrew has and continues to build community partnerships and collaborations to end homelessness. In his spare time, he enjoys being a cheerleader to all the activities of his four children.

James and his wife live in Meridian with their two children. After having grown up in Idaho, James graduated from Dallas Baptist University in 2006 with a BAS in Philosophy. James owns Body Basics Boise, a functional movement personal training studio near Downtown Boise, with his wife, Christine. In addition to managing the studio, James also sits on the board for 100 Men for Good. He became interested in CATCH and wanted to learn more after witnessing people experiencing homelessness near their studio. After being introduced to CATCH, he resonated with the mission, the values, and the difference it is making. He and his wife have a teenage son at Renaissance High School and a teenage daughter at the Idaho Fine Arts Academy.

Edward, who founded Marketing Media Group, LLC in 1998 and led the transition to DaviesMoore in 2009 and rebranded as 116 & West in 2020 has over 30 years of advertising and public relations experience including campaign and media planning, account management and broadcast copywriting, production and directing. In 1996, he won the Cable Advertising Bureau’s Creative Production award for the best cable television ad in the U.S. and Western Europe. Edward was the member of the year in 1992 and a board member for the Boise Advertising Federation from 1993-1996, led the Executive Board as president in 2007, and Chairman of the Board in 2008. He is a Board Member of the Idaho Advertising Federation and is the past-president of the Sales and Marketing Executives of Boise. He served on the University Of Idaho School Of Communication Advisory Board from 1998-2001 and sat on the Board of Directors of the Ada County Vandal Scholarship Fund. He is the past-president and former member of the Children’s Home Society Board of Directors, a past Trustee and Co-Chairman of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of SW Idaho, the Vice President and Executive Board Member of the Duke Family Foundation, and the Chair of University of Idaho College of Arts Letters and Social Sciences Advisory Board. Edward is also a board member of the Bishop Kelly High School Foundation. Edward started his first business as a 17 year-old high school senior in Orofino, Idaho and is a past member and Chapter President of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Idaho and has been featured on EOtv. Edward was named to the Idaho Business Review’s 2005 Accomplished Under Forty, awarding Idaho’s 40 leading professionals under the age of 40, and is the recipient of the American Advertising Federation Silver Medal. Argia leads the strategy and management of BSU's frontline fundraising team, including the college and athletic department-based development directors, the DXO program, the gift planning team, and annual giving. She has been a professional fundraiser for over 18 years supporting non-profits and universities in Seattle, Las Vegas, Washington, DC and Boise. Argia was the Director of the Basque Soccer Friendly in July 2015 a professional soccer game to raise funds for the Basque Studies program at Boise State and youth soccer throughout Idaho. Argia holds a bachelor of arts and science in political science and gender studies from the University of Washington and a master in Basque studies from the Universidad del Pais Vasco. Argia also serves as adjunct lecturer in Basque Studies at Boise State. Argia is proud to be on the Board of Directors of CATCH and is committed to helping end homelessness in our community

Mathew comes to CATCH with over 12 years in the nonprofit and philanthropic sector. He currently serves as a Solutions Engineer at Foundant Technology, a software company for foundations and nonprofits. Most recently, Mathew was the COO at the WCA, providing strategic oversight and management of the HR, finance, IT, and facilities teams. Prior to that, Mathew spent 10 years at Jitasa, the first and largest national bookkeeping and accounting services provider for nonprofits, where he held various roles including, most recently, six years on the sales team. Having been connected to CATCH since its founding, he is inspired by the transformational stories that come from providing housing to families. Outside work, you will find Mathew on the Greenbelt, on the golf course, or playing games with family and friends.

Derek Banning comes to CATCH with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is passionate about ensuring that the funds raised for the work of CATCH further the mission of assisting people who are experiencing homelessness to find long-term stable housing. Outside of work, you can find Derek attending his kids' activities and high in the hills on his mountain bike.

She understands the importance of taking care of and including everyone in a community, and is thankful for the opportunity to be part of the integral work CATCH does locally. Outside of work, you can find Jenn looking for a new hot spring, shopping for vintage, or cuddling her two senior dogs.

Currently serving as a Senior Internal Auditor at St. Luke's Health System, Ramsey specializes in enhancing organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance through assurance and consulting services. Having spent time on CATCH's Finance Committee before joining the Board of Directors at CATCH, Ramsey brings an understanding of financial controls and a passion for community welfare to this role. Ramsey aims to contribute meaningfully to CATCH's mission and vision, and looks forward to collaborating with fellow Board members to leverage their expertise and passion for positive change to create a brighter future for those experiencing homelessness in the community. A proud alumnus of the University of Idaho, Ramsey holds a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting. Outside of work and volunteer commitments, Ramsey enjoys exploring Idaho through trout fishing and camping.

Matt Williamson is an Assistant Professor in Human-Environment Systems at Boise State University whose work focuses on how the intersection of people, their environment, and the institutions that govern them inspire (or inhibit) conservation action. He has over a decade of experience in conservation science and policy in both academic and applied contexts. His support for CATCH grew out of a belief that housing is a fundamental human right and an appreciation for CATCH's passion for achieving that vision.

Kyle earned his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration from The College of Idaho in 1999, his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Gonzaga University in 2004, and his Juris Doctor (JD) from Gonzaga School of Law in 2005. Kyle worked in private law firms until 2012, and then joined Boise Cascade’s in-house legal team. Kyle was born and raised in Boise, and has seen its tremendous growth first hand. He has served in volunteer roles with the Holland & Hart Foundation, Junior Achievement of Idaho, FC Nova Soccer, West Valley Little League, Friday Night Flag Football, Rake Up Boise, the Boise Urban Garden School, and the United Way. While working with the United Way, he learned of CATCH, and was drawn to its mission to end homelessness in his hometown. Outside of work, Kyle spends time with his wife and two kids, often in McCall either boating, skiing, or golfing.
