Next Step Home – Move In Assistance Waitlist Form

If you are experiencing homelessness and have the income to sustain rent, please fill out this form to be added to CATCH’s Move In Support Waitlist. CATCH can only add people to this waitlist who are experiencing homelessness, have income, and can sustain rent. 

 

You do not need to have housing lined up.

 

Our Next Step Home Program helps provide move in financial support and short term case management services 

 

Please know CATCH VIA our Next Step Home Program CANNOT financially assist you if you:

 

• Are already in a rental
• Are in transitional housing/sober living
• Have an eviction notice
• Have been sent a 30 day notice of non renewal from your landlord
• Do not have income
• Do not have enough income to afford rent moving forward
• Make more than 80% Area Median Income
