Behavioral Health Case Manager

The Behavioral Health Case Manager reports to the Therapist/Clinical Director and works in a multi-disciplinary team of case managers, a counselor, and landlord liaisons. This position will provide behavioral health interventions and consultation to clients served to improve psychosocial functioning. This position would be based out of Region III.

Grants Manager

The Grants Manager will oversee the full life cycle of the organization’s grants, ensuring timely and accurate application, reporting, and compliance. This role is essential to securing and maintaining the funding necessary to sustain the organization’s programs and initiatives.
